Kira (Heather Morris) is a 16 year old girl in High School. She is the daughter to single mom Alice (Stana Katic). Alice then starts to date a woman called Morgan (Emily Deschanel). Kira hates that her mom is dating another woman. Over time both Morgan and Alice have to try and convince Kira that it’s not their fault they fell in love. Kira then starts to get bullyed at school because of her mom dating another woman. Alice has to either take the chance for love or her family.
